Method to make waking better



 I like to sleep. however, I am weak in morning. therefore I thought about the method that waking improve. I raise it a little.

1. Sleep early
The first, it is to sleep early. This is easy, but thinks that it is very important. After all I think that it is important to take the sleep well. When you can sleep, I think that you should sleep early.

2. Open a curtain
The second, It is be up in the morning, and to open a curtain immediately. When I am up in the morning and take solar light immediately, I feel like improving waking.

3. Set a timer
The third, I set a timer so that heating is turning on. This method is help up in winter in particular. Do you not want to go out of the bed if it is cold?

4. Warm myself in a bath
The fourth, let's sleep after warming myself slowly in a bath. I get fatigue if I warm myself in a bath. I can sleep better by doing it.



It is important to get up comfortably. If waking is good, I can spend the day well.
